No. You can’t open the package without making the payment to the courier. We sell everything with a 24 Hours Return Policy. If you do not like anything, please return it and we will give you a refund (less the shipping charges) or an exchange voucher.
For items purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid for the item, and not its original value.
For example: If you purchased an item on sale for Rs. 5000 and its original value was Rs. 10000, we will refund you Rs. 5000 only.
